Whether you’re in a season of growth or in the prime of your career, continuing education is a must for any marketing professional. But when it comes to conferences, you want to ensure it’s worth your time to attend. You do have content plans to strategize, SEO reports to analyze and campaigns to develop – attending a subpar conference is not on your list.

We pulled together 7 local UK conferences that have great presenters, interesting tracks, and a robust range of content that will take you into 2025 planning two steps ahead of the competition.

Dubbed the “unmissable marketing event of the year,” Marketing Week’s Festival of Marketing promises to provide attendees with inspiration, fresh perspectives, insight, opinion and hands-on learning opportunities. It’s a great opportunity to grow your skills and your impact.

The conference includes more than 90 speakers, over 50 content sessions and four networking lounges. Some of the confirmed speakers include Dan Elton, chief customer officer at ASOS, Hannah Squirrel, customer and marketing director at Greggs, and Ucheora Obi-Wheeler, senior grand strategist at HSBC.

With four different pass options (plus an additional group pass option), this conference is affordable for marketers from all sizes of companies.

MAD//Fest

MAD//Fest is edgy and daring, but more than that, it’s impactful. Now in its seventh year, the festival is punchy, inspiring and offers “no BS content.” Each year, more than 15,000 brand and agency guests attend for networking, big name speakers, live challenges, parties, street food, bar takeovers … wait, is this really a gathering for marketers?

Yup. Marketing conferences don’t have to be boring. MAD//Fest will show you that.

It’s the world’s biggest search marketing conference … and it all started in a room above a pub.

BrightonSEO is hands-on. Detailed. Practical. It offers sessions from some of the world’s best search marketers and opportunities for networking, socializing, training and more.

Sessions include “Branding campaigns in the increasing CPC world,” “The relevance of UX for conversion and monetization,” and “Scaling SEO in enterprise companies” — all topics that can elevate your work in search marketing.

The conference will feature more than 120 speakers from companies like Intuit Mailchimp and Pinterest, 10 conference tracks, 90-plus exhibitors and lots more.

With so much content packed into just two days, you’re certain to leave DMWF armed with a wealth of tools and knowledge to apply to your day-to-day work.

Some topics on the agenda include Facebook Ads ROI, scaling and monetizing, productivity and quiz funnels — all content that will be offered with the small business owner in mind.

The keynote speakers are certainly ones to look forward to. Davina McCall, one of UK’s most beloved TV personalities will be there, and so will Jen Gottlieb, host of the “I Dare You Podcast.”
